Shrimp Pot Pie
I happily call this my rustic pot pie recipe. No finesse needed!
Whenever I think of pot pies, I think of Marie Callenders chicken pot pie. And so, I decided to give the classic pot pie a spin by using shrimp instead. I think this is a versatile recipe where you could use chicken, salmon, shrmp etc! You can also call it a baked casserole with pastry topping :)
I particularly like them in little ramekins. It controls your food intake and looks much cuter!
